Do 3XS custom build PCs?

I'm thinking of buying a '3XS Z87 Performance FT03' but want the following components installed in it instead of the componenets on the options screen:-

Can 3XS do this and how much would it be?

A few notes, I want the fans on the h80i replaced with 2 Noctuas and the two case fans replaced with the other 2 Noctuas and connected to the PWM sockets on the motherboard. I also want the 2 SSD drives fitted in the ICY Dock adapter and installed into a single 3.5" drive slot.

Also can you tell me am I able to open the case up if I need to add more SSD at a later date without voiding any warranty?

Would the system above be queiter with the same Bequiet CPU cooler and 2 x Bequiet Silent Wings 2 PWM 120mm Fans, one at the top and one at the bottom?

And if so how much would my original build be with the Bequiet Dark Rock ADVANCED C1 CPU Cooler BK014 and 2 BQ Silentwings 2 PWM instead of the Corsair h80i and 4 Noctuas?

I noticed you've taken one fan out on the build above. So I assume you can only have one fan at the bottom and still keep everything cool?
