Custom Build Question. Fans and Controllers

I'm looking to go with Aerocool DS 200 case.

But I'm unsure how compatible if at all the inbuilt fan controller would be with the Mother Board 'Fan Xpert 3' .

I also read fans on Noctua NH-U14S wont be able to be controlled by MB 'Fan Xpert 3' because of 3 pins or something like that.
I don't know if this is correct or not it was random thing i read on forum somewhere.

So would be good to know for sure what will work and wont, as i really don't have much clue about fan control.

Below is spec I'm looking to go for. can change with any recommendations, i'm not sure if I should get another fan to fit at the front.

2 types of fans 3 pin, can be speed controlled via voltage, many come with extra cables with a resistor in them.
Or 4 pin PWM fans, this is the type you want to use with a fan controller.
