Please accept our apologies for the delay concerning your RMA.
As mentioned by email, I would like to assure you that your Scansure policy has been put on hold for the duration of the RMA, if a claim was needed we would take into account the amount of time the item has been at Scan for.
I understand that the goods dispatched last night and should be with you today.
