I called last Thursday afternoon (12th Nov) about customising a machine and was put through to Jit, who asked me to email jit scan.co.uk with the details. I emailed shortly after the call, but still haven't heard anything back.
Perhaps I'm being impatient, but I'm wondering whether my email has just got lost in the ether.
How long does it normally take to hear back from Scan?
