Just curious on a few details before I order a 3XS system.
Am I permitted under the warranty to open the case for cleaning out dust? or to add fans if I require?
Do 3XS systems come shipped with the boxes of the items fitted inside the system? I realise this is maybe a unusual question!

It would be insanity if you weren't allowed to open the case for upgrades and cleaning etc. I'd imagine you would void warranty for individual items if you for example decided to remove a gpu cooler or opened an ssd or broke something nor through usual wear and tear etc.

We have a fairly lax policy in place.
You can open, clean etc and even expand on the storage by adding drives etc, but the 3XS system support team will kindly ask you disable these items prior to giving support.
