Build date 17/12/2020 no reply to email regarding larger SSD
Hi all
I've got a build slot for my custom build as above. I've gone for a 1TB NVME, 1TB Samsung SSD SATA, and 1TB SATA HDD. I've asked how much extra to upgrade the Samsung SSD to 2TB but I've not received a reply.
Is it better to phone Scan rather than email? I thought emailing would be better due to the present situation. But...
Or at this stage is it too late to make changes?

Oh, dear. I'm sorry to reactivate this thread but...
As above Scan responded. However, I replied immediately to the email above. It took Scan 13 days to reply asking me to contact them to pay the additional cost for the bigger SSD.
Again I immediately phoned scan. Or rather tried too. That afternoon I was on hold for an hour and a half. The next day I was on hold for almost 2 hours. When I got through they transferred me to billing and the phone just continued to ring, no response. I emailed, asking for a call to enable me to pay. No response.
I have a build date of today but still cannot get through to Scan. I have logged a "call back" but no to confident about this happening today before the build.
Can an admin please look at this for me? Spending over £2500 on a base unit I would hope for better customer service.
