This is now beyond a joke. I understand how busy you must be with the pressures of Covid plus the Christmas rush. However, I need to speak to Scan about my custom build order. Now as a matter of urgency.

Sadly I never found a better way of contacting Scan. I would say keep trying the phone, but be prepared to lose a few hours on hold! However, the system I got is superb and the built quality outstanding!

Nope. Been doing the same for a couple of weeks and have yet to get through. Made other arrangements now.

I'm trying to reach them too. My parent's new PN50 comp just went from "we're getting stock this week" to "expected in mid-April" (and no, no GPUs involved nothing to do with that)

My guess would be Covid measures have left them short-staffed. I've certainly hit the same problem elsewhere, too. I feel we have to give everyone some slack, but there comes a point where customers will just do what I did and go elsewhere. I did manage to get through elsewhere. I took three attempts, but all within a single day. The guy I spoke to gave me his direct line.

its a popular theory on many of the discord servers that they are keeping 3000 series gfx cards back and that its possible to grab one via live chat... i think their MD put their foot down on the practice (again according to discord pastes of said chat) but it doesnt stop people trying.

I doubt it's true. Maybe happened once and the result was exaggerated. Scan are under watchful eyes.

Update: Scan responded when contacted via Facebook Messenger. Got my order placed at last, now just need the motherboard in stock.
