    RMA Returns

My question is regarding the RMA of my case which has been picked up today. As said the case has an issue with the front USB's on the case, and have as said returned it for RMA. When taking all my kit from the case i was gobsmacked at the amount of dust that had covered all my components incuding my 4890 . I only cleaned the case out 3 weeks ago!!

Can i ask for a different case to the same value as a return or add any money for a different case?

    Thanks in advance

    Re: RMA Returns

    Hi,

Unfortunately as the item was purchased originally in May and the case being returned is still current and listed on our website we would be unable to offer a refund or upgrade to another case.

We only allow refunds for faulty item(s) returned within 28 days of the original invoice.

    Regards

    Re: RMA Returns

If that's the case (pardon the pun!) I would recommend aquiring either some fan filters for the case, or aquiring an old pair of tights and making some home made dust filters.

Either methods work extremely well and I've used both over the years

Pan scourers have also been suggested by someone and he has used them to filter their PC as well.

    Best Regards,

I'm worried about why you would have an old pair of tights

    Re: RMA Returns

Ok, thanks for the help Regarding fan dust covers, do Scan have dust covers that are 240mm for the 3 fans on the case? I'm actually pretty dissapointed they do not come with the case considering it's a Coolermaster and was amazed at the dust inside.
