Hi chaps. I have had an item sucessfully 'RMA'd' by you guys and was wondering if I would see the replacement before the end of the week? You received it on the 27th and it was originally delivered on the 18th. RMA no is <removed>
Cheers

Moved into the Aftersales Section for you, will look into the RMA for you know, but i would hazard a guess the replacements would more likely be early next week if we have stock.
From the 27th there are 13 customers ahead of you, again I would hazard a guess towards early next week, but they may get through them today.
Wesley Could you have a look at the progress of my RMA please.
Thanks
Replacements have shipped today for delivery tomorrow. You should have already received an automated email verifying completed.

Not bad, a 6 day RMA. I'm still waiting for a return I sent back to ebuyer 3 weeks ago, because they don't know where it is. They received the faulty board and replaced it quick enough, but 'forgot' to change the return address on 4 separate occasions, and can't collect it from the wrong address (which they've been trying to do for over a week)
I can confirm the parcel is going to address you requested.
