    Scan Returns Technicians

    I am disappointed in scan. First time using them, got a faulty gpu and returned it and they tested it. I dont think they have read through my description of the problem thoroughly because what they were testing for had nothing to do with my problem.

    Why would the technicians set the fan on 100% and try look for a sound coming from the card itself. That would be impossible as the fan on the 4890 @ 100% is extremely loud and you would not be able to hear any other sound other than the fan. I have requested to be tested properly because I did not go through the hassle of sending back to get rejected due to improper customer care.

    The card is making buzzing souds in crysis warhead, css, and grid. They scan guy said they will retest with crysis and I asked them to run the fan on auto so they can atleast hear something. I have said nothing about a fan sticking so why would you be testing for that. I even included a letter in the package stating the problem aswell as the description on the website. I know there maybe alot of testing to be done but poor and incorrect testing is unacceptable.

    I felt really annoyed that the scan guy was argueing with me whilst proper test had not been carried out.
