Hi,
I bought a Tagan 480W powersupply in Dec '06 which states on the box it has a 36 Month Warranty.
It is just inside the Warranty period and I would like to organise a replacement (assuming thats what will happen).
There is no information within the manual as to what I need to do or who/where I send it back to. I could not see any information regarding the warranty/RMA on their website either.
Does Scan carry out this Warranty or does Tagan do this?
I turned it on this morning, but all i got was a flutter of power and then nothing at all. The PSU LED on the back does not come on, it does not respond to the power button now and nor does it respond to my PSU tester.
Many Thanks
