    Asus P6T SE Return Issues

    How does one contact the manager of Scan. I would like to elevate my support to try and discuss things before posting my incident here. If I just send an e-mail to support ( http://web6.scan.co.uk/aspnet/Suppor...px?QueryType=C ) with "To the manager of Scan Computers:" will that be enough?

    There is no option to speak to any of the Director's or the MD.

    I wouldn't expect a response now till tuesday/wednesday due to it being back holiday and the fact they will have a large backlog because of it.

    Regardless of the issue im sure you and scan can come to a amicable arrangement.

    I did click the receipt as soon as the PM was sent to confirm it had been received.

    Bumping because I think SCAN are dragging thier heels with sending out the replacement. I'll be out part of wednesday and thursday because of doctors and surgery x_x And this leaves me stuck without my main machine.

    Received a very smashed up box which has been opened as components are missing, cables are unpackaged and the motherboard bag has been opened. So much for no sour grapes then. If I find a single fault, there will be hell to pay I'm afraid.

    I don't think I'll be ordering with SCAN again.
