Order irregularities with Scan

Has anyone noticed that the Scan website is quite often wrong, but they only let you know an item is out of stock or at the wrong price AFTER they have debited your account?

It then takes ages to recredit the account.

I only noticed this this morning, but actually I've had several instances where they debited my account and then told me they couldn't fulfill the order.

Anyone else found this?

if you can PM me the Invoice number's for all / any of these issues, we will look into this for you.

We would only usually have to inform a customer of a price increase if an order is pre-ordered whilst out stock and our buy price increases. Stock discrepancies are rare and do not occur very often but when mistakes happen refund are processed within a reasonable amount of time.

P.S - Before this thread turns into every conceivable issue being brought up, please let us deal with this OP's issue.
