RMA - how long for refund?

I RMA'ed some items last week to Scan, and the day after (Thursday) they were tested and found to be faulty, and the RMA status online was immediately updated to say my bank account would be credited with a refund. Since then however, I've received no refund. How long does it normally take?

I've asked a few people via email and telephone and they all said 5 to 7 working days. I'm in the same boat as you - RMA items got tested on same day as they were delivered but now waiting anxiously for SCAN to ship replacements ...
