    Sorry to hear that FatalSaviour , hopefully the issue will be resolved quickly =].

    BTW Chris, i don't suppose i could find out where in the 23 pieces of allocated stock i was placed could i?

    Still looking to find out what's happened here please Scan...from speaking to a few others, it would appear that my payment had authorised before some people had even placed their order.
    Don't get me wrong, I'm genuinely happy for everyone that's got one, but lack of communication once again is letting this experience down.

    All MSI stock has been allocated as fairly as possible so if you have not received an e-mail then unfortunately we have no promo stock left.

    I will speak to the MD when he is available, which should be at some point today to see if we can allocate more promo stock out to the existing pre-order's we already have in place.

    Hi Chris,
    I received an e-mail at 1221, stating that my payment had been authorised at 12:17:00.
    However, I know for a fact that there were orders that didn't complete after this.
    So I'm unsure as to how fair the 'first come first serve' policy has been.
    Neverless, thank you very much for your efforts in trying to help the last 4 people (I'm assuming I'll be one of them?!?).

    I'm not going discuss the ins and out's of when customer's payment was taken or when e-mails were sent to confirm payment was taken, which can be different to the actual time payment was authorised.

    I am trying my best to get more promo stock and will keep you updated.
