I didn't really want to create a new thread for exactly the same topic since i assume there'll probably be a few more people who will be doing exactly the same thing so i hope it's alright if i post here as well?
I was also one of the lucky few who managed to order a GD80 yesterday proceeding to the "Payment Cleared" stage a few minutes after ordering but then receiving a Delayed Notification last night.
My Invoice Number is: *edited*.

Hi guys im also in the same position, i created a webnote about the status of my order and recieved the following
"Thankyou for your order from Scan. I am writing to advise you that the following item/s are temporarily out of stock:
1xMSI P55-GD80 MoBo
We currently do not have a date for the arrival of these item/s.
You can select one of the following options:
1. Choose an alternative. A refund/debit will be processed wherever necessary.
2. Cancellation and refund of the item in question. "
I replied and asked if when the motherboard is in stock will i revieve it at the price i have paid ie (88.00) or whatever it was.
and i recieved the following
"Regarding your email,
Once stock arrives we will honour the price you have paid
Regards,
Scan Computers"
So just a FYI really
I have spoken to several people about this and they all think that Scan will honor the price. I would just like Scan to tell me this, and when they expect to get new stock in.
Shows how automated there system really is. I got exactly the same message after i enquired. TBH i'm not happy, the payment has been authorized. Giving me two useless options is not exactly making me feel any better about all of this.
I hope after all this, Scan don't shaft us all!
Edit: Just spoke to a nice women from scan, she told me. That no orders are looking to be cancelled. Roughly 4 extra people brought the board and there willing to honour the price we paid. They have no ETA as of yet on when these boards will be in stock, but they don't imagine it to be too long. Which is excellent news as these 4 people all seem to be from the Hexus forums. Thank you Scan!

I'm in the same situation as you guys but im confident scan wont shaft us like the other retailers have to their customers! I hope the wait isnt too long though! Thanks again to the Scan team for their efforts!

Yeah i really wanted to know as soon as possible so then if the news was bad i could jump on the GD-65 offer but that looks to be all over now as well.
I'd also like to know what's going on with the GD80 promo stock. Received the same email as everyone else.
Scan - When can we expect to receive the GD80?
We have confirmed only 23 pieces came into stock with 27 back order's in place.
We are allocating stock to invoices that have been pay auth'd then on a first come first serve basis and E-mail confirmations will be sent to confirm once your order has been completed.
Those of you, which have ordered at the promo price but have not managed to have stock allocated I will speak to the MD to confirm if there is anything we can do for you.
