Anyone elses MSI P55 arrive damanged

I order one of those MSI P55-GD65 at the great promotional price and I was one of the lucky people who got the motherboard delivered today.

Looks like some decided to use the box to stand on. It was only packed in a city link plastic bag and you can see the damaged to the msi cardboard box. (damage was not evident until I opened the plastic bag)

My board has a nice big bend in it and one of the corners looks like it is going to snap off complete with a few bent pins

So when as scan switching to UPS like most of the other companies that used City Link

Also what would scan policy be on this, am I effectively been cheated out of my half price by this

I've sent an email to scan and am awaiting relpy and just wondering if this has happen to anyone else.

Fear not you have not been cheated and the fact the product was purchased with a discount does not affect the way the DIT claim is handled and upon authorisation a replacement will be shipped to you.

If you could PM me the OLQ reference number you would have been given when raising a query I will highlight this issue with the claims Manager who will be in contact shortly after to resolve this for you.
