RMA question - how long does the 'Awaiting Replacement' status stay on ?

Does the RMA return take 5 ~ 7 days from date of issue of RMA itself ? Or from the date the RMA fault was found ? Mine got tested and marked faulty the same day it was delivered back, but has been in 'Awaiting Replacement' status since then ...

Do the faulty parts have to go all the way back to the manufacturer(s) ? Is that what takes time ?

It was only tested faulty 2 days ago, It does take time to process, it will stay at this stage until the replacement invoice has been processed.
