My name is Zak and I am an Admin for HEXUS who help Scan with their Web Forum.
We try very hard to keep this part of the forum JUST for the person with the problem and Scan. If other people join in, for good or bad, we tend to delete the post because, as we've discussed in many many other threads, it's SOOO much easier for Scan to deal with just one issue per thread.
I'll not go on at length, but it works best this way. Or else two or even three different people end up muddying the waters of YOUR probelm and it slows it all down.

Any idea where this refund is going to? I have made a point on here/email/phone about it and that it should not go to the original card it was paid to because of the various issues.

Who is the Cheque issued to...Does the name begin with J?
If so, again, it will be useless to be in her name (my mums) because of various reasons but also her name has since been changed too.
If you can issue it to myself under the name you have been sending/picking up the motherboards (name is Akash and second name starts with J)
