    Daewoo W9ZQ

I'm looking for some help regarding the warranty of this monitor. It stopped powering up a couple of weeks ago, the screen flickers and the led flashes then it goes back to dead. Initially I did contact the 'wrong daewoo' and after a few mails back and forth we worked out my error, Daewoo and Daewoo International are different groups

I've been trying to get some kind of response now from Daewoo International since the 10th and it seems the don't offer any kind of customer service. Their website only has a number for their korean office and the email address I've been given for their UK office has yet to respond to me despite me sending several emails.

Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

The support contact i have for these in the UK is a company called Goodies on 0870 757 2944, although i'm not sure if these monitors are under warranty currently.

Thanks, I'll try and contact them. Do you now why they may not be under warranty?

A certain section went into receivership a while ago, not sure if this is the affected section.
