    PSU RMA Justified?

I recenlty bought the SG05B HTPC case and power supply combo (LN26751). The unit is fairly quiet as you would expect, it is designed to be used next to a TV. The power supply, however, makes a high pitch squeaky noise almost all of the time regardless of system load. We tried to watch a film with it and it was very annoying.

I have started the RMA process (RMA number: 213624) but I am conerned that the item might be rejected because it works fine in every other respect, it is just too noisy for a HTPC. Basically im not sure if its a quality control issue or just a bad design.

Any thoughts as to if this is suitable grounds for RMA. If I cannot RMA it I will have to buy a new PSU which would be really annoying.

    Thanks.

Well I'm going ahead regardless, It's simply not fit for its purpose.

Edit: seems to have been approved for replacement, cheers scan.
