I have just this moment purchased a motherboard from SCAN online.
My gripe is, why do SCAN automatically opt you in for their Installation Damage Insurance. This is a bit sneaky in my opinion to add what in my case would have been an extra £4.50 for something I didn't want. Had I not checked very carefully my order and the charge I may have paid for something I didn't want without noticing.
Surely this should be something I opt into not out of.
Not good customer care in my view.![]()
