    Exclamation Update on RMA

    I returned a motherboard on the 4th of January and the return hasn't been processed yet, could someone look into this please?

    I'll advise the returns team of this tomorrow - and ask if they can check into it further.

    I'ved removed the details you added - as only the original invoice number is required for us to track the RMA.

    Thanks, that would be helpful. I've phoned twice over the past 2-3 weeks and have been promised that it will be refunded ASAP... it's now coming up to a month since you received it and nothing has been done yet. The board cost around £160 so I'd like to get this resolved quickly.
