Parcel not trackable

Apparently the order was despatched on Saturday, but I can't track it at the moment with City-Link - any idea why not?

I'm also having the same problem, dispatched at 13:40 on saturday and still not trackable :\

Still no idea... does this happen routinely with saturday dispatches or something?

I'm meant to be installing this stuff today, so I normally check to see if it's actually likely to arrive or not so I know whether to get the machines ready... at the moment though, I've got no idea.

If the order is placed on Saturday, it will be despatched on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.

It was authorised on Friday, despatched on Saturday, and presumably is being delivered today, although I don't know that for sure.

No, it will definitely be despatched today for delivery tomorrow - as per the requested delivery date of the 2nd.

(That applies to both orders)

Ah right, I didn't realise your emails didn't tie in with the City-Link collections.

This only occurs for order's placed and completed on a Saturday.

Once an order is picked and zapped and completed the City Link label is automatically printed. The order is then stored in a secure cage waiting for the next available collection, being Monday. All orders picked & Completed on a Saturday are collected on Monday as City Link do not collect from SCAN on Saturday.

The automated dispatch e-mail is linked to when the label is printed and at the bottom of the Stage 4 automated e-mail, we confirm the following information ( below ) and of course you will been notified already of the estimated / requested delivery date.

NB. Goods despatched on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday unless the Saturday delivery option was selected. Goods despatched on a Saturday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Please note pre-12 deliveries may take up to 1pm on Saturdays.
