Just rang customer service the returns end, and they told me that the card is currently at XFX, XFX have just emailed me stating that they are just as confused as I am since they have no card.

We received this card from you YESTERDAY, how could it possibly be with XFX, it is with Scan awaiting to be sent to XFX, hence the status update to at supplier.

Any update? XFX emailed me couple days ago to say it was in testing.
The last batch of updates from XFX was on the 12/04/10, your card will be on the next batch of updates we receive.
Are they weekly updates? im not asking for specifics just a rough estimate. Thanks alot for all your help everyone in the thread btw.
They are weekly but not always on the same day. It should be here anytime soon.

Hey Wesley, just to give you a heads up I have a different return address to where I was two years ago now, if thats thats the way things go.
Just recieved an email from Paul at XFX saying its been rejected, it seems that since scan purchased the card at the beginning of april, the card is out of warranty via them however I purchased the card on the 28/04/2008. So I should still be in warranty VIA you guys as a minimum of two years was stated. Any clarification?

Have replied to the email, it seems fairly underpowered compared to my old, id consider ATI if nessesary, Would also like to have this resolved today.

As stated in the email, id be happy to pay the extra £20 for the 1gb gts 250, hopefully we can get this resolved today.
