Cant register extended warranty due to scan employee removing sticker..

So iv had this 10 days now and wanted to register the item before the 14 days is up for extended warranty with Zotac but it seems for some reason that someone at scan decided to remove all the serial numbers on the box.

As you can see the part i need has been ripped off.

This was not done by the delivery company as its perfect condition otherwise.

The board works perfectly and i want to keep it but I paid for a new board which should come with the option to extend the warranty.

Is this normal for scan to remove stickers like this?

Is the serial not printed somewhere on the board?

It should be on the card. It'll be on the side of the GPU cooler between the motherboard and GPU so you'll need to remove the card and note down the code.

On my Zotac ITX board it is on a sticker on the underneath of the board

Yours will end in "9583T" (there may also be a sticker on the rear IO, but this is not your serial, your serial ends in the aforementioned chars )

There's 2 codes you need to enter that are both on this sticker. Will remove the board tomorrow to check.

GF9300-I-E is the other one you're looking for

That is your SKU, your serial is on a sticker on the underneath of the board ending in: "9583T"

Edit: the SKU is also printed on the sticker on the rear

    Piccy coming up

    It is

But it is easily done sometimes without realising (if a bit of packing tape gets stuck to it and you remove the packing tape)

Here you go, pictures of what you're looking for, these are from my board but they won't be far different from what you need to find
