New motherboard won't post

Hi,

I have a DFI DK X58 T3eH6, 6gb 1600 corsair memory, and a i7 930 cpu (all ordered from Scan).

The motherboard won't post and I've tried a variety of things to see where the problem lies; all detailed on this thread:

However have met no success, with other poster's suggestions being that the board needs its BIOS flashed or that my PSU may be inadequate.

Now I'd like Scan's help in finding out what the problem is and where it lies (I opened a customer query on your website but am unsure as to the process there).

How would I go about returning the board to scan to have its BIOS flashed? How much would this service cost me?
