I can confirm the pump/res should be back with you tomorrow. Please contact our returns dept and we will arrange for the radiator to be returned for an exchange.

    Re: RMA Problem

Ok Wesley. Thank you. I'm not blaming you guys for the radiator. It could have happend anytime and to be honest I would have put up with it if it had been on the casing side of the rad but with it being on a point where water is underneath that I can't except.

Has the pump been sent yet, if it has fine but if it hasn't is there any chance I could have it delivered to my work address like the rad was?

    Thanks again,

    RoEy

I can confirm the LN 24298 & LN 32083 are now in stock and ready to be invoiced out to you in replacement of the LN 24385.

Sorry to hear of the new issues with the damaged ( FC Xchanger Quad Radiator 480 including 2 Fittings and Feser Base ). I have checked and confirmed there is no movement history for this item, so the damage could have occurred from the supplier or during transit to yourself.

A claim for this can be lodged and I am waiting for confirmation a replacement can be sent with the above RMA return. It would mean this is chargeable and the damaged unit refunded once returned to us, but would mean a replacement can be sent for tomorrow.

    Best Regards

    Re: RMA Problem

    Hi Chris,

Thanks for your help. Can I have the pump/res sent to my work address please? I can't afford to purchase another rad so I'll have to wait unfortunately until you can replace the one I have now. Is there any chance I can have the rad collected when you deliver my pump/res? I don't really want to spend anymore money sending stuff back.

Thanks for the suggesstion to send another rad out tomorrow, unless you can send it for free?

    RoEy

The replacement LN 24298 & LN 32083 are now being sent to your work address.

Please log a query RMA for the damaged Rad so this can be processed as a replacement for you.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

    Best Regards

Got the rad replacement and it's fine. A big thanks to Liz for helping me out with it. Going to do a test loop over the weekend to test it all.

    Cheers all,

    Re: RMA Problem

    Hi Chris/Wes,

Sorry for posting here again but the res you sent me I managed to over tighten the screw attaching it to the pump which caused it to split. So I brought another one from you and incredibly I've managed to do it again but not as bad. The second one I brought I made sure I got the scansure insurance. Would it be possible to buy ANOTHER from you and then send the one I've damaged back to you next week? I'm trying to get one from you so it comes tomorrow to get my PC up and running.

Found it very difficult to judge the tightness required and tightened it too much due to me worrying about leaks. That's why I brought it as one unit initially.

Hope you can get back to me this morning so I can place the order.

    Thanks,

    RoEy

I've gone ahead and purchased another from you so I can get it tomorrow. I hope I can send the other one back to you next week for a refund if possible?

    Many thanks,

    Re: RMA Problem

We cannot refund against an insurance claim as the insurance provides you with a replacement only and you need to go through the claim process in order to claim this, return the damage item and be sent a replacement, the average turnaround for shipment of a Scansure claim replacement is 24 hours from receipt of the damaged unit.

    Re: RMA Problem

Fair enough Wes. Well I've ordered another one anyway. I suppose when I get the replacement I can keep it as spare or sell it on.

I'll send it to you next week.

    Thanks anyway,

    RoEy

    Re: RMA Problem

Got my PC up and running but the noise coming from the pump is driving me mad. Very, very loud hum from it which I never used to get from the previous pump. Read a lot about them failing after a week or too if they're loud. I'll keep an eye on it and hope it gets quieter because it's ridicously loud.
