Had problems with my Samsung monitor, so thought Id ring Samsung up to see if they had any advice.
To cut a long story short I'm on my 4th replacement (so 5th total) monitor, and they issued a credit note.
I rang Scan and spoke to someone in returns called Mark R, who gave me his direct email address at Scan, and told me to send all the info and a scan of the credit note.
I haven't received any replies from him, just wanted to know if he got them incase I wrote down his email address wrong,
