    Re: Problems with new parts

It is weekend and as they have stated in other threads they dont have full staff in on weekends so I am guessing they prioritise those in store.

    Re: Problems with new parts

I've sent another support query yesterday and yet still no reply, I'm getting really ****** off, I've replied 3 times to the original email you guys sent me and you never replied to them, I then thought I'll send another support ticket but still no reply, I am getting worried now as my 30 days after purchase runs out sometime this week and as i want to change the motherboard to another make without it costing me anymore I need a reply asap, I am really disappointed in Scans customer services, it's the worst customer service I've ever used
