RMA Awaiting replacement/Credit query

I know there are numerous threads like these, but just to clarify, since the faulty item (which was a pair of 2x 1GB Corsair memory modules) arrived and was posted faulty on the website RMA status on 5/8/2010, when can I expect the replacement memory modules to be delivered to me?
I know for one thing that you still have the same memory modules in stock at your warehouse, so availability shouldn't be a problem, and I would think that this will be resolved ASAP. I've know and read that Scan has an impeccable customer service record on CustomPC, and I do hope you don't let me down.

Right, got the RMA and Invoice number sent to you link (I navigated to Queries>Returns to do so under the message box provided), so I'll wait and see (hopefully not too long!)
