    11 Weeks, RMA Still Not Completed

    RMA 224622

    I'll admit that I completely forgot about this RMA. I only remembered when I was clearing up my emails last night.

    After checking it up, it says that it is at the Suppliers, it has been there for almost 11 weeks. Do you guys know when it will be back or whether i will get credit or a replacement?

    Infinate,

    This was rejected by the suppliers, which we disputed and they arranged for it to be returned to them again, we are just chasing them for an update as this should have been resolved by now, as soon as I get the update and hopefully resolution i'll pass this onto yourself.
