I had planned to use the holiday period to get a couple of servers sorted out, and due to the DOA disks - I have been frustrated so far.
I see the note advising 10 days turnaround, what options can you offer to help me out?
- I'd for instance be very happy if you billed me again against my credit card and shipped immediately - and then credited me once you'd RMA'd the disks...
- I understand it would be unreasonable for scan to take the risk...
