Yesterday I purchased a G15 using Scan's Q-collect service. On collection I noticed that the plastic seal had been tampered with. So I decided to open it there. The keyboard had obviously been opened before. There were fingerprints all over the keyboard. The G15 logo had rust-like marks. I refused to accept it so the guy at the counter said I have to take it to the returns desk. So I did although I was very unhappy about this. So they gave me a new one but I had to wait half an hour cause they had to get one from a different warehouse.
Why do you KEEP giving me used items? It's not the first time.
Why can I not refuse the item at the Q-collect desk?
