Had a mobo and CPU picked up by DPD on monday, but website not showing any update. Just wondered if you can shed any light on any progress please?

Anxious to nail down the problem and get my machine back up and running

Item would have been delivered to Scan on Tuesday and received by goods inwards.

Your item hasnt reached the returns dept yet this is why it hasnt updated. give it a few days as i was told the turn around is 3-5 days

Bit gutted as the bits are only a few days old! Would have liked to have my machine back up and running by this weekend, dont look like that'll happen now.

well my graphics card got collected on the 3rd delivered to scan on the 4th and got to the returns team today
so 4 working days
