Delayed Order Notification
I ordered a Corsair HX750 on the 16th. Received all the update emails telling you the different stages, the latest email saying it has been despatched and was due for delivery for the 18th.
Then I got a text message saying you'd sent me an email regarding my order being delayed. Email was:
"Thank you for your custom. We're writing to give you an update on your order and the out of stock item(s) listed below:
CORSAIR 750W 750HXUK MODULAR
As detailed in our previous email, the estimated lead date given to us from our suppliers was 10/03/2011.
Unfortunately we've been informed of a further delay which means we're not able to fulfil your order as soon as we'd hoped. Please be assured we're doing everything we can and stock should be with us soon if you're able to wait with us. As soon as stock has arrived we'll despatch your complete order immediately and confirm this by email and SMS."
In no previous email did it mention supplier dates or anything. I just got the normal updates of the order like with every other order I've made.
I'm posting because i'm after some clarification, the item was obviously in stock at time of ordering.

Yea, which is why it's confusing me. Unless the email was sent in error? Well, we'll see by tomorrow as that's when it's supposed to be delivered; hopefully.

I can confirm your order was despatched yesterday and is scheduled for delivery today.
