    Delayed Order @ 20:36

    Hello Scan,

    Apologies for the post but I am a tad perplexed. I have been using Scan for many years and have never been let down on next day - the 'pinnacle' reason for using your company.

    I placed the order at 1300 yesterday on next day delivery, I have only received payment processed a few hours later. At 20:36 I received a delay notice with no reason for the delay - all equipment was in stock?

    Could you please have a look into this?

    Your order was completed yesterday @ 19.46 so the order should have shipped for delivery today.

    Apologies for the delay, your order was held up in the warehouse last night.

    Your has now shipped from SCAN and will be with you tomorrow, the DPD tracking page will update shortly.
