Order enquiry on multiple items

Hiya,

Perhaps you can help with my order(17/3/2011) for multiple items for an HTPC build?
I paid in full for the whole order on 18/3 but when I spoke to one of your advisors he was unable to give me a delivery date.

I believe the following items are out of stock :

1. 1GB Asus 5450 SILENT/DI/1GD3LP
2. BlackGold BGT3620 PCI-e HD TV

I suggested that perhaps I could :

• swap the Asus card above for LN37942 (MSI HD5450 ATI / AMD Graphics Card - 1GB Low Profile) currently in stock
• arrange for dispatch of my order apart from the BlackGold card (to be sent at a later date when in stock)

I was advised that only way I could do this was to cancel my order for the BlackGold card and re-order and that this would put me at 'the back of the queue'?
As I know these are in short supply I would prefer to keep my place in the queue!

Some indication of delivery would be useful as they are in stock and on 14 days delivery from the manufacturer

Can you shed any light on this?

The LN 37450 is due tomorrow.

There seems to be a shortage of the 1GB Asus 5450 SILENT, if there is an alternative you can select.

Thanks for your reply, I would be happy to replace the Asus graphics card with the MSI alternative :

LN37942 1GB MSI HD 5450

Whats the best way for me to do this?

Great that the Blackgold cards are coming back into stock.
