Return an unopened case/swap for a full size

Hi,

I opened an online query with you yesterday afternoon but haven't had a response yet. I am building a system for a friend which was supposed to be mATX but is now (suddenly) ATX.

I ordered a NZXT Vulcan but the case obviously isn't suitable; I'd very much like to exchange this for the HAF X Black (LN34531) which is on 6th April's Today Only instead. Is it possible to arrange this and to get the delivery driver to collect the NZXT case at the same time? The NZXT case packaging has not been opened.

The quickest method would probably be to speak to returns (by telephone or online query) to arrange a return for the unwanted case... then to order a fresh case separately.
