PSU: Pre-used?

I recently received a Corsair PSU from you, and noticed the shrink wrap was very loose. As a result, I am concerned the product is second hand. I would appreciate it if someone could look into the purchase history of the PSU, and check to see if it was sold to some one else before me.

Any chance on getting some response on this?

I had the same problem with a VGA shipped with the PSU, and that turned out to be second hand.
