I have over the year or so tried phoning about it...sending emails....and then finally coming here.. all just to get documents that prove I have paid for something

I have been on holiday and just got back in

I have emailed the manager at Burnetts to look into this as the paperwork comes from them and I have double checked and we declared the extended warranty to them last year

Please let us know if they dont get back to you within the next few days
