    Graphics card has arrived, thanks scan :)

    I have been waiting almost 2 months for this RMA to complete and finally it completed the other day however I still have not received my new graphics card. Does anyone have any idea how long it takes for it to arrive after I got the 'RMA complete' email?

    Why Monday and why has nothing been done about it already?
    My email states 'Please be assured that your order will then be dispatched with the utmost urgency', do I really have to call you guys up to receive whats rightfully mine?

    I have been most unimpressed by your service.

    Unfortunately as it is Saturday, and hence early closing on the support lines, no one will be available until Monday to look into this further.

    I've forwarded the details to the correct department to look into for you.

    I am never buying from scan again, you have the most appalling service I have even seen from any online website.
    I clearly stated to your customer support desk that I wanted the card sent to my address, your customer support team outright ignored those requests and sent it to a completely different place.
    Now I have no card and have to wait a while for your team to take action again (that will probably take another week or so) I would rather of had a refund if I had known how much scan would of messed up...

    It has been over 2 months now since scan have received my card and they still ignore very important customer emails stating to ship the card to a different address.

    If anyone else reads this thread, I hope they heed my warning and NEVER BUY FROM SCAN.

    I am disgusted by how you have treated my custom and this will certainly be the last time I ever buy from your website.

    Thank you for your post, I can confirm the customer support team did not ignore your request, your request was passed to the warranty team, unfortunately the person whom issued your replacement accidentally sent your goods to the address you had originally requested.

    I understand totally your frustration, this should not have happened, however, no-one can control human error, which is exactly what has happened here, further to your telephone call we will action the collection and re-delivery.

    Any idea on what day it should arrive? I need to book a day off work so I can be in for the package.
    Or if you are unsure what day it will arrive, can you email me at a later date telling me when it will arrive.

    The collection is booked for Tuesday 17th, as long as the actual parcel is given to DPD, then it will follow to you on Wednesday 18th. My colleague will email you with the tracking details, so you can keep an eye on things with DPD.

    Hi,

    Please just ensure the parcel is ready at the address the collection has been booked from tomorrow.

    The courier used for collection is DPD, unfortunately I am unable to confirm the approximate collection time.

    So as to avoid you having to take a day of work we can have the parcel delivered to your work address if this is convenient?
