    This is true, thanks to Phil I have chosen to go through with the build. Was very polite, gave a personal service, didn't try and BS. He knew what he was talking about it and could tell he cared about the work he was doing, which over anything is the most satisfying thing! When a customer knows the people he's doing business with love what they do, well, there's nothing better. Leaves me feeling very comfortable.

    I will post further as events unfold. There is one thing I've learnt from Scan: if something seems like it's on the up and starting to move, it probably isn't. But with how Phil has handled the situation I do feel like it will run smoothly from now on.

    If you are thinking of going with Scan, there 3XS team does appear to be excellent. Everything from the friendly and helpful staff to the automated emails updating you on the progress of your build is fantastic.
