    Edge - Intel Core i7 2600K - OC Problem

    Hello,

I received my OC bundle in the mail today and set everything up inside of my existing system. When I initially turned the machine on everything ran fine, the OC was active and looked good. I rebooted the machine to jump into the BIOS so I could set my HDD priority and re-install the OS. On reboot I had a message on the screen stating that the machine had failed to boot due to OC or voltage problems and that the current BIOS settings did not reflect what was active. Effectively my OC was reset along with any BIOS settings that went along with it.

The rest of my setup is as follows:

    Antec P190
Antec dual power supply system, NeoLink™ (Consisting of two power supply units –the NeoLink™ 650P and the NeoLink™ 550S – the NeoLink™ system has an output 1,200 watts)
    XFX ATI 5870
    5 SATA HDD's
    1 SATA DVD Drive
    XFI ExtremeMusic

Any advice would be fantastic and a copy of the BIOS settings so I can re-set them up would be very useful also.

    Thanks
    Anthony

    Hi,

I have sent you instructions to get your OC back via e-mail to the address that was registered on your SCAN account.

I would suggest loading the non OC profile while you get all your system set-up/Windows installed etc

Once you have everything set up the way you want enter the BIOS menu and re-load the OC profile as instructed in my e-mail.

    Regards
