Hello scan,
I sent off my Roccat Kone+ to Scan due to a faulty scroll wheel on the 10th March.
I then received a email saying that they had tested the device and that their now awaiting confirmation on a replacement March 19th.
I left it after a week of no new emails from Scan being received then rang Scan up at the end of march. The person who I spoke to apologised for not receiving any further
emails from yourselves on my mouse. They realised that the mouse had not been replaced and they said that they will get in touch with the person responsible for
exchanging my item. And that I would receive it by Monday the following week.
After waiting three days after Monday start of April I then rang up again and another member of staff apologised saying that my mouse should of been sent out to me and that I would
receive a email of dispatch. But since the start of April I have not receive any emails concerning the mouse. All I would like out of this is the mouse as I believe I have waited as much as possible.
