    RMA info

    Hi,

    I've been trying to get some update on my RMA (RMA 270347) via email. It's been more than a week now without answer to my previously sent emails.

    I dont really want to call them as I'm abroad. They ignore my emails and this thread...guess I wont buy a ****ing £600 SSD from them again... :S

    Hi,

    Please accept our apologies for the delay. We are chasing XFX for confirmation of the credit amount for the 4x HD5870's returned under your RMA. Unfortunately these card's are no longer available.

    The PCI-E SSD has been confirmed to faulty and replacement stock is available however as you are located in Hungary we need to get confirmation of the credit for the card(s) first before deciding what action to take to avoid 2x shipping charges to Hungary.

    Thank you for the information. I guess everyone must be on holiday, as I'm used to very quick replies from scan. Sorry if I came across a bit harsh, it wasn't aimed at any employees.
