Last week on Monday i called up scan to cancel and order which had been placed twice by mistake, this week i received a refund for one of the orders, however i am still waiting on a refund for the second order cancelled. I called up on Tuesday to find out when i could expect my money back, I was told on the phone to expect the refund on Wednesday, unfortunately its now Thursday and I'm still waiting for my money back.
Simply put the customer service has been less than acceptable, it is approaching 2 weeks and I'm still awaiting a refund.
