Got my cancellation notice, thanks very much. I would like to say though that David has stated that I requested a delivery date of 22nd when I placed the order. Now I could just leave this alone as my refund is on its way but I feel I need to raise this. I selected next day delivery when I placed the order, I am 100% certain.
I hope this info helps you to perfect your systems and is Aiken as feedback rather than a criticism.

I have checked the secure side of the server, which takes a snapshot of your order as placed, we can confirm you placed the order on 3/10/2012 15:04:28 (Sat) and went into the Q-Delivery section and selected a Requested delivery date of 22/10/2012.

We have also checked our system by running a dummy order and everything appears to be working fine, we have had no other reports of this problem but we will keep an eye out.
