    Rma 287037

    Hi
This HDD was DOA and an RMA was generated on 19th Oct, and it was picked up next working day. Last update was on 23rd October, over one working week ago, which said the part was tested as faulty. How long does it normally take to send a replacement drive? You have plenty in stock, if I had known it would take this long I would have just ordered another one for delivery next day, and got a refund on this original order.
I ordered a pair for a reason - to go into my NAS. Now I'm just twiddling my thumbs waiting for an update.
    Please advise.
    Thanks
