Any ideas how long 3-5 working days actually is at scan.
Sent back 18th October DOA confirmed well over a week ago and still no replacement. Replacement Stock is present as confirmed on phone and on web and acknowledged via email that I accepted replacement and email sent back but still nothing back in response, with reference to actually sending me anything out.
Couldn't even be bothered to update and post on my last thread either, had to spend fortune on a phone call.
